Consumer Agreement

    By purchasing products from Heavenly Lox you agree to the terms and conditions of this website.

International

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Heavenly Lox is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

    Heavenly Lox charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable provincial GST or HST rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

Orders may be cancelled with full refund, within 24hrs of placement, provided the order has not already been shipped. Heavenly Lox reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY

Units may be EXCHANGED within 48hrs after receipt, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The unit cannot be worn
• The lace must be intact
• The unit must be in the same condition as shipped to you. Photo's taken the during quality control inspection prior to shipping to the client,  will be compared to the unit returned.
• For exchange of apparel, the unit must be in the same condition as shipped to you, all tags must still be attached to the unit, and the unit cannot HAVE been worn. 
• Client is responsible for all shipping costs to return the unit nd/or apparel
• A request for an exchange must be submitted by email to: heavenlylox@gmail.com. Once authorization is approved, instructions to return and exchange will be provided.
• If approved, the client will be able to choose a replacement product. If the replacement product is less in cost than the original item, the client will be given store credit for the difference. If the replacement product is more in cost than the original product, the client will be invoiced for the difference. The client is responsible for the full shipping charges.​
• If any of the above criteria are not met, the exchange will not be permitted
• Any unauthorized return of product will be refused
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags attached.
• Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
• Non-returnable merchandise include sale products, formal gowns, swimwear, and bodysuits.
• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
• Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Heavenly Lox
• Shipping fees are not refundable.

Errors or Discrepancies

     There may be errors, omissions, and/or other discrepancies sited on Heavenly Lox web platform, website, and printed media. Heavenly Lox reserves the right to amend and/or make changes to any of the aforementioned information media without notice. This includes but is not limited to product pricing, options, and descriptions.                                                                                                                                      ​

    VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
    Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Heavenly Lox and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

    GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of British Columbia of business registration of Heavenly Lox shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said Provinces courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the Canadian courts. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

    MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the company Heavenly Lox with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and the company Heavenly Lox with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by the company Heavenly Lox.
