CURRENCY SELECTOR IN MENU BAR - Although you will be able to view prices in our store in different currencies, your order will still be processed in CANADIAN DOLLARS

For approximate currency conversion rate you may use the following site: www.xe.com. Please note, your credit card will be billed in your country currency at their daily established exchange rate.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Credit Card payments. We also accept Paypal or certified money order.

Money orders: will be accepted from recognized financial institutions. Requirements for this form of payment:

  • Money order should be made out to "Heavenly Lox"
  • Please place your order # in memo/comments field
  • Money order must be sent by a carrier that provides a tracking number
  • Money orders must be mailed within 72hrs of placing the order

  • Orders will be processed after receipt of payment

  • After mailing the money order please advise us by sending an email to: service@heavenlylox.com. Indicating your order number, the date the money order was mailed and the tracking number.

RETURNS

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our units. In doing so, we can guarantee our clients will always receive brand new units delivered direct to you. Our priority is to ensure the health and safety of our clients hair care. We would like to provide you with the necessary tools in order for you to make a confident purchase with us:

  • Always review the description of the unit, all pertinent information will be listed.

  • Review our information pages regarding: Heavenly Lox hair colour, lace colours, lace type, cap design/size, and custom unit head measurements

  • For custom orders we cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the customer, or variance in colour due to computer monitor settings.

  • Should you have any questions, please contact us. We are more than happy to assist you with your inquiries.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24hrs provided the order has not already been shipped. To cancel your order please send an email to service@heavenlylox.com, indicating your name and order number. 

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post or DHL. Canada Post operates Monday to Fridays only. There is no weekend service.

CANADA: FREE shipping within Canada for orders over $200

  •  $9 flat rate applies to all other orders.

 UNITED STATES: Free shipping for orders over $200. Delivery is expected within in 1-2 business days once shipped, this does not include processing time.

INTERNATIONAL: Free shipping for orders over $200. Delivery is expected with 5-6 business days once shipped. This does not include processing time.

  • a signature will be required to receive all lace wig shipments.

  • Heavenly Lox cannot be held responsible for restricted or prohibited items seized by customs

  • Buyers are responsible for any duties, tarif, and/or taxes charges by their customs government department.

  • Heavenly lox cannot be held responsible for postal delays which may be caused by a number of factors such as (but not limited to): Customs inspections, union actions, weather, holidays, and weekends.​
